Your satisfaction and trust are our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all tags, seals, packaging, and accessories.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be returned with a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:
Contact our support team at support@softh2o.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your Order ID and the reason for return.
Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Once received, the product will undergo a quality check by our inspection team.
Based on the inspection result, you will be eligible for:
Refund, subject to policy rules.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit after confirmation.
Note: Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is damaged or defective.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received
If your product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@softh2o.in with:
Your Order ID
Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
For refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability, a return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
